Cassie's First Fashion Show

My local quilt shop had a handmade fashion show.  Each participant got a $10gift card.  So worth it!

First Snow

December 4th.  We had just enough snow in the morning to let Wesley play before preschool.  It was gone by the afternoon.

Thanksgiving 2011

 Happy Thanksgiving!   Grandma Gus and Aunt Anne joined us this year along with Carla and Family and Lupe.  We had tons of food and lots of fellowship.

Fall Garland

 I have been eying up those foam shapes that you can buy in the craft stores and Target and wondering if you can sew them.  The anwser is YES!!!  Here is my take on a fall garland made from foam leaves.   If you want to make your own I recommend sewing them to a small ribbon with a long gathering stitch 5.0 or so.
